WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
A continued commitment to state-of-the-art technology and a top-notch patient experience is what sets us apart. Technology and research is ever-changing and improving and we are committed to bringing you the very best to diagnose and treat your hearing loss, tinnitus, or cognitive concerns.

OAE Testing
Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emissions (OAEs) Testing helps assess inner ear function and is commonly used to help determine damage at the level of the hair cells in the inner ear during diagnostic evaluations. DPOAE Testing is valuable for identifying early hearing issues that may not be apparent in standard audiometric tests.

Video Otoscopy
Video Otoscopy allows the patient and the provider to see inside the ear canal and look at the tympanic membrane (ear drum).

Cognivue
Cognivue is an FDA-cleared, computerized cognitive assessment tool designed to detect early signs of cognitive decline. It uses adaptive psychophysics to evaluate domains like memory, executive function, and visuospatial ability, along with performance metrics such as reaction time and processing speed. The test is administered in the office, takes about 5–10 minutes, and produces a simple, easy-to-interpret report that helps healthcare providers monitor cognitive health over time.

OtoSet
OtoSet is the first automated, FDA-cleared ear cleaning device. It uses a combination of gentle irrigation and continuous micro-suction to break down and remove earwax safely and efficiently. The process takes just a few minutes and is designed to be quick, mess-free, and comfortable, making it ideal for clinical settings. It’s a game-changer for managing earwax buildup.

Lenire
We offer Lenire the only FDA-Approved and evidence-based treatment device proven to soothe tinnitus disturbance. With real-world success rates over 91%, Lenire is a go-to for reducing tinnitus disturbance in patients who qualify. It uses bimodal neuromodulation to deliver a neutral sensation that is interpreted by the brain to identify tinnitus as no longer being bothersome.

Speech-In-Noise Testing
If you’ve ever wondered why you have a hard time hearing in background noise, Speech-in-Noise Testing can be helpful in helping you and your audiologist determine what issues you’re having, how you’re performing in background noise, and ways to make improvements. It goes beyond the standard hearing test, offering a real-world look at your performance in background noise.

Hearing Instrument Test Box
A Hearing Instrument Test Box allows the audiologist to compare the exact function of a hearing aid from the fitting session to the function at a later date, allowing for early diagnosis of any mechanical issues. Simply listening to a hearing aid may not yield specific enough results to determine any changes in function, therefore a “before and after”.

REM
Real Ear Measurement (REM) is a technique used by audiologists to ensure that hearing aids are properly calibrated for an individual's unique ear anatomy and hearing loss. Considered the gold standard for hearing aid fitting, this procedure uses a tiny microphone placed in the ear canal to measure how sound from the hearing aid reaches the eardrum, ensuring the hearing aid delivers the correct amplification across different frequencies, offering objective verification. Using REM improves accuracy and helps avoid under- or over-amplification and is the only methodology for accurate hearing aid fittings. This leads to clearer speech understanding and fewer follow-up adjustments, resulting in better outcomes.
